چکیده

Introduction Reinvigorating processes play an essential part in all animal life. The frequently repeated periods of sleep allow for the restoration of cellular activities. The division of stem cells and the subsequent subdivision of a succession of operational daughter cells, with a relatively short life span, maintain tissues subject to wear and tear such as the blood and the skin. The main rejuvenating process, however, is sexual reproduction, which keeps alive the species by providing a new life span.
